Features

High accuracy, high efficiency to treat spherical shaped work pieces at low coat. Easy exchangeable automation with combination of automatic feeding exhaust facilities. Very excellent performance to hone outer spherical shapes like a ball-stud, a plunger piston and a ball valve as well as R-groove shapes like a ball-joint, a rod-end bearing, etc.

Duplicate function through the exchange of a fixture and a honing tool with one unit for both outer and inside process.

Two spindle fitted machine enables two stage treatment including the rough honing and trimming honing, and reduces an process time greatly.
